Jet Heat and Air provides HVAC services including:

• •Heating system repair, installation, and maintenance

• •Indoor air quality solutions
• •Emergency HVAC services

Appointments and Scheduling

• •Scheduling: Appointments are subject to technician availability
• •Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• •Same-Day Service: Subject to availability in your area
• •Emergency Service: Available 24/7 with premium rates

Pricing and Payment

• •All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change
• •Diagnostic fees may apply for service calls
• •Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing is approved
• •We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options
• •Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties and Guarantees

• •Repair Warranty: 30 days on the specific replacement part and Jet's workmanship associated with that repair, beginning on the repair date
• •Installation Warranty: 1 year on Jet's installation workmanship, beginning on the date the installation is completed
• •Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment and parts warranties are separate and governed by the applicable manufacturer's terms
• •Warranties may be void if unauthorized repairs are made

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate information about your HVAC system
• •Ensure safe access to HVAC equipment for technicians
• •Secure pets during service appointments
• •Maintain smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
• •Follow all maintenance recommendations for optimal performance

Limitation of Liability

Jet Heat and Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Service Area

We provide HVAC services throughout Central Arkansas, including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Bryant, Benton, Conway, Maumelle, Sherwood, Cabot, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
