Our Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
The short version: If it's our workmanship, we fix it. Period. Here's exactly what that means, what's covered, and what isn't — in plain English.
Repairs
If the same part we replaced fails within 30 days, we take care of it.
Installations
If there's a problem caused by our installation workmanship during the first year, we fix it.
Satisfaction
If it's our workmanship, we fix it. Period.
Jet Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you satisfied with both the work performed and the way you're treated. If you believe we didn't perform the agreed-upon work properly, or you have a legitimate concern about the service you received, contact us and give us the opportunity to review it.
We will listen to your concern, review the original scope of work, inspect our work when appropriate, determine the cause of the issue, and correct legitimate issues that are our responsibility.
If it's our workmanship, we fix it. Period.
To be equally straight with you: the guarantee does not mean every future HVAC problem, equipment failure, or comfort complaint is repaired at no charge. An HVAC system contains many separate components — repairing or replacing one of them doesn't create a warranty on all the others.
30-Day Repair Warranty
Every repair carries a 30-day warranty on the specific replacement part we installed and our workmanship on that repair, beginning on the repair date.
If that same part fails within 30 days: call us first. We'll inspect the system, and if we confirm the covered part failed within the period, we replace the part and correct any covered workmanship at no charge — and there's no diagnostic or service charge for a confirmed covered failure.
One part, not the whole system — an honest example:
We replace a failed capacitor. If that replacement capacitor fails within 30 days — covered.
If the compressor, blower motor, contactor, or control board fails afterward — that's a separate system issue, not covered by the capacitor's warranty. A different component failing is a new problem, and we'll diagnose it honestly like any other call.
1-Year Installation Workmanship Warranty
Every new HVAC installation includes a 1-year workmanship warranty, beginning the date your installation is completed.
This is specifically a workmanship warranty — it covers the work we actually performed, not everything that could go wrong with an HVAC system in a year. If a problem occurs during the year and we determine it was caused by our installation workmanship, we correct it at no charge, including the inspection visit for a confirmed covered issue.
What's Covered
Covered installation workmanship may include work we actually performed as part of your install, such as:
- Electrical connections made by Jet
- Refrigerant piping and connections installed by Jet
- Condensate drainage installed by Jet
- Equipment mounting and securing performed by Jet
- Duct connections made or modified by Jet
- Thermostat and control wiring installed by Jet
- Equipment setup and commissioning performed by Jet
- Other installation workmanship specifically included in the written installation scope
What's Not Covered
Our warranties cover our parts and our work — not causes outside them, including:
- Manufacturer equipment failure (that's the manufacturer's separate warranty)
- Failure of a different, unrelated component
- Conditions outside the written scope of Jet's work
- Pre-existing ductwork, electrical, or drainage problems not included in the project
- Structural or building problems
- Damage from misuse, or alterations by another contractor or person
- Lack of required maintenance
- Power surges, abnormal voltage, lightning, flooding, fire, pests, or severe weather
- Other external causes unrelated to Jet's workmanship
These exclusions never override the core promise: if the same replacement part legitimately fails during its covered 30 days under normal conditions, we take care of it.
Warranty Service Process
- Call us at 501-307-5959 — before anyone else touches the system.
- We inspect and diagnose to determine the actual cause.
- If it's covered: no charge for the inspection or the covered correction.
- If it's not covered: normal diagnostic charges may apply — and we tell you every applicable charge before any billable repair work begins.
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer equipment and parts warranties are separate and governed by their applicable terms. They're a separate layer of protection on the equipment itself, on top of — never blended with — Jet's repair and workmanship warranties.
If a part fails because of a manufacturer defect, the part may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty; how long depends on the system and whether it was registered on time. Even when a part is covered, labor, diagnosis, shipping, or other costs may still apply — details on our pricing & warranty handling page.
