• •Emergency Service: Available 24/7 with premium rates

Pricing and Payment

• •All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change
• •Diagnostic fees may apply for service calls
• •Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing is approved
• •We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options
• •Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties and Guarantees

• •Labor Warranty: All labor is warranted for the period specified in your service agreement
• •Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties
• •Equipment Warranty: New equipment installations include manufacturer warranties

Customer Responsibilities

• •Secure pets during service appointments
• •Maintain smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
• •Follow all maintenance recommendations for optimal performance

Limitation of Liability

Jet Heat & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Service Area

We provide HVAC services throughout Central Arkansas, including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Bryant, Benton, Conway, Maumelle, Sherwood, Cabot, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
